Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
During sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Seven & Co. Body is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Seven & Co. Body is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review each claim and work to provide a resolution.
Returned Packages
Orders returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional shipping fees before being reshipped.
